heritage of ALL working breeds recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club, offering IGP events as the fundamental test for those passionate people who seek a clear path to the trials and Championships which recognize and reward the potential of all dogs.

Food for Thought….
I would like to take this opportunity to share some insight on the focus of this new branch of the GSDCC Inc.  Ninety five percent of the questions or social media responses have been focused on the World Canadian Team.  When you look at other organizations doing IGP, Members that are interested in, have the means/the financial support for the World Team is made up of 5% or less of membership.  Our focus is on the other 95+% of the membership, whose aim is to enjoy the time spent with their dog.  These are the people that want a fun activity, to meet people, make friendships and learn more, give their dogs a purpose in life and to enrich their relationships with their dogs.  They enjoy the social aspect of the sport, unpolluted by favoritism, politics and unethical actions.  To us, this is most important to a country and to the survival of our great sport and our working dogs. Politicking has no place in this atmosphere and will only destroy the core activity we all enjoy.
     We invite you to join us in making the sport a positive environment, a place of resources, seminars, workshops and a place everyone can enjoy.  As a new organization starting up, we are not focusing on National Championships or World Teams, we would like to grow a membership and offer a beneficial organized activity that all can enjoy with our best friend- the working dog.
        The Canadian FCI Team, Regional and National Events will be the result of the combined effort of an All-Breed Committee once we are up and running and gain memberships, more information on that will become available.
        Growth and positive change is in order for our country and our sport.
